The location was particularly good and the free parking was on site. The room we had was decent sized and brand-new with an antibacterial cleaner and separate bedroom and kingsize bed.

Great service, the breakfast is good. The staff are excellent and efficient. The hotel provides coffee and cereal for breakfast, the food is good. The venue is situated in the central location super close to the event at Arena. They offer wake-up service and ironing free of charge too.

The rooms are brand-new and a good size, featuring coffee, a living room, and a writing desk. The breakfast offers a variety of food options like coffee and cereals. It was a good stay, as always.

It's comfortable place to stay 2 miles away from Mohegan Sun. It has both exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. The setting is perfect and handy, short walk to casino and mall and restraunts and Wilkes-Barre.

Our recent stay at the suites hotel was just what we needed. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the area. The kitchen area was well-equipped and allowed us to make some simple meals. The breakfast was sufficient and we enjoyed it. Although the pool was under maintenance, there was plenty to do in Wilkes-Barre. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, accommodating staff, amazing views over the valley. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was spotless. The service was amazing with parking on-site. The hotel was homey and in a central location. We went to Ihop, located close to the property, to have some dinner.

Conveniently located near Scranton, PA-Aquarium, shopping mall, and various dining options. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot options available, although the scrambled eggs were of the powdered variety. 🍳

The room was huge and neat, had smoke detectors for the safety. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The location was magnificent and the staff was very pleasant during the whole stay! There was a nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
Some of the staff were slightly disorganised.
